Specializing in the restoration of books using conservation techniques, I undertake hand bookbinding projects using traditional and modern techniques that concern a variety of paper, cloth and leathers 

Situated next door to the Bath University, I can offer a thesis binding service without the extra courier charge. Just drop your printed copies off to be hard bound by hand with traditional gold foil blocking to finish. There are some very good print services nearby. 

After completing a two year Graphic Design course at Berkshire College of Art and Design,  I worked as an apprentice bookbinder for Master Bookbinders before attending London School of Printing and then Camberwell School of Arts to obtain a B.A. (hons) in Book and Art Conservation. This gave me the chance to work on a variety of bookbinding projects while still working part time in the bindery and self employed.
